This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and deposit settlements may occur for services provided by Sendx Logistics Private Limited.

By using our services or entering into any operational arrangement with Sendx, users agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Service Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of services or operational participation by submitting a written request through email or official communication channels.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on operational status, service commitments, and contractual agreements.

2. Deposits

Certain services or operational arrangements may require deposits for business setup, operational security, or service participation.

Deposits may be classified as:

  • Refundable Deposits – Deposits that may be returned after completion or termination of service subject to settlement of operational dues.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits – Deposits applied towards onboarding, administrative costs, operational setup, or processing fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

If a user makes a payment for any Sendx service and wishes to cancel the service, the cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

If the cancellation request is received within this timeframe and the service has not yet been initiated, the user will be eligible for a full refund.

In cases where Sendx Logistics Private Limited is unable to initiate or fulfill the requested service due to operational issues or service failure, the user may also be eligible for a full refund subject to internal verification.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

Certain payments may be non-refundable including but not limited to:

  • Administrative or onboarding charges
  • Operational setup costs
  • Processing fees
  • Technology or service activation costs

Such charges are used for operational preparation and may not be refunded once services or processes have been initiated.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and completed within 7 working days through the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on operational conditions, payment methods, and administrative processes.

6. Operational Settlements

Before processing any refund, Sendx Logistics Private Limited may deduct any applicable operational charges, penalties, service fees, or financial obligations associated with the user’s account.

7. Changes to This Policy

Sendx Logistics Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
